Filler words: Unnecessary words like “you know,” “yeah,” “like,” and “hey” are eradicated.

Non-standard words: The transcriptionist corrects nonexistent words such as ain’t, irregardless, dunno, and supposably.

Repeating words or sentences: Stuttering and repeated words are usually removed by intelligent verbatim transcriptionists. Sentences that repeat the same message are removed as well.

Long, run-on sentences and ramblings: Complex sentences are made understandable to convey the information in a more readable way.

Irrelevant or off-topic sentences or conversations: Intelligent verbatim translation cleans this sentences that are off topic to proceed with the intended message.

Removes pauses, coughing, and general noises: Non-verbal and verbal pauses, background noise and coughing or sniffling are removed.
